Christopher Papatheofanis, MS is a 3rd year medical student at Kansas City University and graduate researcher at the Vascular Institute of New York. He recieved his BA in Biology from Pitzer College and MS in Global Medicine from the University of Southern California before heading to Kansas City. His work at the vascular institute focuses on patient-reported outcomes of quality of life metrics with venous stasis ulcers. He also conducts clinical research on C-spine biomechanics and degeneration at the University of Minnesota Rehabilitation and Biomechanics Lab, and Joint Hypermobility Syndrome and femoral malrotation at the Sharp Hip Preservation Center. Chris is interested in pursuing a career in a surgical specialty.
